FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Everything you need to know about working with us — from process and pricing to what happens after launch.

Every project starts with a discovery phase where we understand your business, audience, and goals. From there we move through concept, design, and build in tight cycles. A typical branding + website project runs 8–12 weeks, though we can move faster or slower depending on scope. We keep you involved at every stage — no big reveals, just continuous collaboration.
It depends on scope. A brand identity project might take 4–6 weeks. A full website design and build is usually 8–12 weeks. Larger product design engagements can run 3–6 months. We'll give you a clear timeline during the scoping phase, and we stick to it.
Project-based work typically ranges from £5,000 to £40,000+ depending on complexity. Retained partnerships start from £3,000/month. We also offer a paid discovery sprint (£2,500–£5,000) for teams who aren't sure what they need yet. We're always transparent about costs — no hidden fees, no scope creep surprises.
Our project-based engagements include two rounds of revisions at each major milestone. That said, because we work collaboratively and share progress frequently, most feedback is handled in real time rather than in formal revision rounds. Retained clients get unlimited iterations within their monthly hours.
Absolutely. A significant portion of our clients are early-stage startups. We understand the constraints — tight budgets, fast timelines, evolving briefs. Our paid discovery sprint is specifically designed for teams at this stage. We'll tell you honestly if we think you need us now or if you should wait.
Yes. We frequently work within established brand systems — extending them into digital, refining them for new touchpoints, or building design systems on top of existing identity work. If the guidelines need updating, we'll let you know.
We don't disappear. Post-launch, we offer monitoring, bug-fixing, and iteration support. Many clients move to a retained partnership for ongoing design and development work. We also provide full documentation and handover materials so you're never locked in.
We primarily build with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS — deployed on Vercel or similar platforms. For e-commerce we work with Shopify, and for content-heavy sites we integrate headless CMS solutions like Sanity or Contentful. We choose the right tool for the job, not the trendiest one.
